TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

  • The commissioned work may be published to my social media or otherwise used as an example.
  • Commissioned works are to be used for personal use only. (see the expanded section on commercial use below)
  • Clients are not to remove my name or watermark from commissioned works for any reason.
  • A WIP sketch will be provided for approval before work on the final piece begins– please be sure to request any major edits/changes at this time.*
  • Extra WIPs will be provided upon request, but I do not typically send them after the sketch otherwise.
  • After the piece is finished minor edits may be requested, I will fix any details missing due my own error.
  • I am not responsible for incorrect markings/details due to unclear reference images.
  • If a client persistently harasses me or otherwise makes me uncomfortable I reserve the right to issue a refund and cancel the commission at any time, as well as blacklist the client from commissioning work in the future.
  • I do not work on commissions during weekends or holidays. (I am a person, not a machine, and I need rest too! ♡)

*I do not provide WIP sketches for multislot YCH works priced at or under $20.00 USD (e.g. Pride YCH icons, Lava Lamp YCH, etc.), minor edits may still be requested afterwards for these pieces.

PAYMENT AND REFUNDS

  • Payments are to be made in USD via PayPal for the full amount in question before I begin working on the piece(s).
  • A partial refund may be requested after work has begun, with the amount refunded depending on how much has been completed.
  • You are eligible for a full refund only if I have not started work on your piece(s) yet.
  • I do not issue refunds after work is complete under any circumstances.

Please ask me directly for a refund before attempting a chargeback, I am very understanding and more than happy to assist you if you no longer want to go through with a commission!

Chargebacks submitted after I have finished and delivered work to a client will be considered attempted theft and dealt with accordingly.

COMMERCIAL USE

ANY WORK I HAVE PRODUCED IS FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY, YOU ARE NOT PERMITTED TO USE ANY OF MY ARTWORK FOR COMMERCIAL USE UNLESS YOU PURCHASE THE RIGHTS TO DO SO FROM ME.


THIS APPLIES TO ANY WORK I PRODUCE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO; COMMISSIONED ART, RAFFLE/GIVEAWAY PRIZE ART, AND GIFT ART UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED.

(i.e. Using my work on merchandise with the intent to sell for profit, using my work to promote your own business as a logo or on business cards, etc. without purchasing the rights to do so is explicitly prohibited)

If you would like to have a wall print or other printed object made of work you commissioned from me to hang in your house, wear, or use for other non-commercial purposes that is perfectly fine!

I WILL DRAW:

  • Anthro / Human / Feral / Monster characters
  • Complex clothing / outfits
  • Simple weapons
  • Simple backgrounds / scenes
  • Cyberpunk elements
  • Light gore (including candy/glitter gore)

Ask me! If it isn’t listed under “I will not draw” there is a good chance I’ll say yes.

I TEND TO AVOID DRAWING:

  • Complex armor / machinery / mecha
  • Cars or other vehicles
  • Complex weapons
  • Complex backgrounds / scenes

These just tend to be very time consuming, might draw if commissioner is willing to pay extra.

I WILL NOT DRAW:

  • Hateful content (anything related to racism, homophobia, transphobia, or otherwise violent/discriminatory acts towards a group of people)
  • Abuse (this includes anything meant to support or normalize the exploitation and abuse of animals or minors)
  • Fetish content (e.g. vore, inflation, etc.)
  • Most NSFW content (artistic nudity may be discussed on a case-by-case basis)

I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DECLINE A COMMISSION REQUEST FOR ANY REASON.

TOS are subject to changes/alterations without any notice. Changes to these terms apply to any commissions placed after the most recent revisions.
